This version of our privacy polity came into force on March 18, 2021.

This privacy policy⁣⁣⁣⁣ governs how MaP Arbeitsmed Dr. Klingl⁣ collects⁣⁣ and processes personal data. Personal⁣ is understood to be⁣ all information that relates to a specific or identifiable person.

2.1 General

We primarily process the personal data that we receive from our customers and other business partners through our business relationship with them and other persons involved in it, or that we collect from their users in the operation of our website and other applications.

We use the personal data we collect primarily in the course of providing our services and to comply with our legal obligations.

We process personal data that we need to fulfill our contractual obligations, such as name, address, e-mail address, billing and payment data and, if necessary, health data. The collection of this data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract and the provision of services.

We delete data after the expiration of warranty periods and legal retention periods.

2.6 Social Media / Social Networks

On this website, buttons (“social media plugins”) may be placed that establish contact with the servers of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). By clicking on one of these buttons, you consent to certain data such as IP address, website visit, etc. being transmitted to the respective operator of the social network. You can register for our newsletter via our website. The data requested in the registration process is required for registration.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Our newsletter contains promotional information as well as information about events, workshops, blog posts or about us in general.

Due to legal requirements (“imprint obligation”), the website contains certain information that enables a fast electronic contact as well as direct communication, which also includes a general e-mail address. If you contact us via the communication options offered on our website, your contact details and content will only be used to process and respond to your request.

3. Duration of the Storage of Personal Data

We process and store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued with the processing and beyond that – in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations. This website may contain links to websites of other providers. Die MaP Arbeitsmed Dr. Klingl has no influence on these websites, their content, offers or availability or the data protection declarations and provisions applicable there. It therefore rejects any liability.

We may amend this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. The current version published on our website shall apply. Insofar as the data protection declaration is part of an agreement with you, we will inform you of the change by e-mail or other suitable means in the event of an update.
